    Senator Palumbo moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. House Bill No. 2740--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §36-4-19, relating to housing associations making covenants and other restrictions that restrict the installation or use of solar energy systems unenforceable after effective date of section; defining terms; and providing exceptions thereto.
